Without proof of immunizations, you must receive all required vaccines

Immunization requirements are as follows:

Please note that we can NOT place your Tuberculosis (TB) skin test within 30 days of any live vaccines such as MMR, Varicella or a TB skin test. If you have had any of these vaccines or had a TB skin test recently you must wait 30 days to have your exam. The TB skin test MUST be placed & read by the civil surgeon doing the immigration physical. If you have had a positive TB skin test in the past we must have documented proof including the date it was placed, read & the size of reaction. Without this documentation we must place the TB skin test again. 

 

If the applicant is between the ages of birth-17

The child must be up to date based on our immunization standards. We will not be able to let you know what the child requires until you're in our office & we have the shot record in front of us to review.

If the applicant is between the ages of 18-64 

Tdap vaccine

Varicella vaccine

MMR (if born after 1956)

If the applicant is 65 years of age & above you need

Td

Pneumococcal vaccine

Varicella vaccine

During flu season December 1st to March 31st ALL applicants 6 months old to 18 years old and 50 years old and above also are required to have an influenza vaccine during that season.
